Determine standard operations and procedures time using CAD model. Determine labor estimates for standard operations. Review with engineers and managers to create and document work instructions. Discuss with engineers or managers on improvements or standard Kaizens or PIR's. Review improvement suggestions with engineers and managers to provide improvement suggestions. Support continuous improvement programs and VA/SVA/NVA analysis. Ensuring AS-IS and To-Be line balancing. Provide support in various stages of build along with shop floor co-ordination. Document build issues and update times, labor estimates, and work instructions. Revise the estimates/quotes and propose accordingly as per the customer requirements. Initiate NCRs for rejected parts, adhering to all standard protocols and coordinate with stakeholders for the closure of the NCR. Support suppliers and engineering team in developing technical solutions to fix product issues in the field and/or during the development process. Participate in supplier audits to ensure non-conformities are generated, and corrective and preventive actions are generated to achieve stable supplier conformity. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, quality, suppliers to ensure that supplied parts meet stakeholder requirements. Responsible for the creation of standard work instructions, data analytics, production support, etc. on a need basis. Support in PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) for designated parts from various suppliers. Master's degree in industrial engineering with 24 months of experience required, foreign equivalent accepted. Industrial Engineer or Project Coordinator experience accepted. Must be willing to travel or relocate to unanticipated location in the future if required.
