Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Flint, Michigan. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions by inputting invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records to support HR audits.
  • Support additional administrative and operational duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.
  • Proven experience processing payroll, with preference for familiarity with Paychex.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and related technologies.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and take on varied responsibilities.
  • Experience with employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Comfortable collaborating with leadership and supporting operational tasks.
