Hours: 8:30am to 5pm Monday thru Thursday. Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Pay Rate: Negotiable and competitive around $20/hr + benefits + mileage. Longterm: Yes - permanent. This is a true 4-month contract to hire where you would be hired in if meeting performance standards at 4-months. Must have: great attendance, and personality. Location(s): Ferndale MI. While onsite, this person will be required to answer calls quickly and assist customers with their needs. These customers will be calling about insurance questions, what products they are eligible for, what costs will look like, etc... Someone with Medical / Insurance customer service experience would be a perfect fit. Will coordinate the schedule for the clinical staff. Will verify insurance information and obtain the necessary authorizations and referral forms. Will process the orders in the computer system along with maintaining a current status on orders to be processed. File customer orders. Will discharge patients promptly and courteously and file medical records. Will prep all doc's for imaging as well. It is a very friendly working environment. Expected interview date: ASAP. Expected start date 2 weeks. Pay and benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
