Schedule: Five days/week, 8 hours/day. Two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday). 100% Onsite Position, great attendance required to stay in good standing. Available Shifts: 10am–7pm (available) + 12pm–9pm (available).
Training: 3-month training period, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Pay: Starting at $18 to $20/hour, based on experience.
Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center, solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions. Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand, take loan applications, and follow through on member needs.
Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people. Previous customer service or retail experience. Call center or financial institution experience is a plus. Strong computer and multitasking skills. High school diploma/GED required.
