Schedule: Five days/week, 8 hours/day. Two days off per week (one weekend day + one weekday). 100% Onsite Position, great attendance required to stay in good standing.
Available Shifts (choose one and stick with it):
Training: 3-month training period Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (must be available for these hours)
Pay: Starting at $18 to $20/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do: Provide excellent service to members in a fast-paced call center. Solve problems, answer questions, and process transactions. Be a friendly, confident voice for the Michigan First brand. Take loan applications and follow through on member needs
What They're Looking For: Outgoing, personable individuals who love helping people. Previous customer service or retail experience. Call center or financial institution experience is a plus. Strong computer and multitasking skills. High school diploma/GED required
