We are seeking a polished individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment servicing our award-winning products. Primary responsibilities include:

• Support our customer’s inventory of printers, copiers, scanners and software
• Effectively repair and maintain equipment to manufacturer’s standards
• Manage current accounts through exceptional customer communication
• Update system software as improvements are made available
• Assist in the delivery and installation of equipment
• Product knowledge with the ability to educate customers on equipment features
