Our client, a leader in the energy and power industry, is seeking a EV Technical Service Agent to join their team. As an EV Technical Service Agent, you will be part of the Customer Support Operations supporting the Energy Home team. Job Title: EV Technical Service Agent Location: Complete remote (but must attend mandatory training of 5-6 weeks in Warren, MI) Pay Range: $23 - $25 per hour Please apply if you have experience in EV Charging OR Solar Systems and providing them technical support. What's the Job? Handle technical diagnostic and remote troubleshooting customer calls for charging equipment. Navigate available tools to perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting. Provide resolution guidance for site visits to other parties. Create and update cases in Salesforce, managing customer interactions effectively. Coordinate with logistics for parts ordering and returns, ensuring timely resolution. What's Needed? Evidence of a safety-first attitude and strong IT troubleshooting skills. At least 3+ years of experience as an electrician or working with electrical components, EV charging equipment repair/installation experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. What's in it for me?
