Entry Level Service Technician -- Petroleum Equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain petroleum equipment including fuel pumps, dispensers, and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on gasoline equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and provide customer support.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Educate customers on proper equipment use and maintenance.
  • Work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and meet physical demands (lifting, bending, confined spaces).

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, or mechanical repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (company vehicle provided).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work Monday--Friday, 7:30 AM--5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility.
  • Willingness to learn and obtain industry certifications.
