Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing Coordinator with strong marketing and communications skills who can autonomously support our holistic Entrepreneurship efforts.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting content development, creative asset creation, and writing, all aimed at enhancing our brand presence and supporting our strategic goals. You will also contribute to the Strategic Growth Forum, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content and assets that resonate with our target audience.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Support marketing managers and leader in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms.
• Conduct research to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and aligned with current trends.
• Assist in the conceptualization and development of first-in-class marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with Creative Services team on the design and production of materials.
• Assist in various elements of the planning and execution of the Strategic Growth Forum.
• Support development of external communications including save the dates, invites, reminders, and comms to registered attendees.
• Support marketing manager in activation plan to foster meaningful interactions among alumni.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and audience engagement metrics.
• Work closely with the Entrepreneurship Marketing Team and other departments to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.

Skills and Attributes for Success

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in marketing and communication roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Exposure to marketing automation systems and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently across teams and functions.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $72,100 to $134,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $86,600 to $153,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
