Location: Big Rapids (Main Campus) Department: Enrollment Services Advertised Salary: $22.97 / Hourly rate pursuant to the FSU and CTA/MEA-NEA Agreement. Clerical Tech Association (CTA) FLSA: Non-Exempt Temporary/Continuing: Continuing Part-Time/Full-Time: Full-Time Union Group: Clerical-Technical Association (MEA-NEA) Term of Position: 12 Month At Will/Just Cause: Just Cause Summary of Position: Work independently and under minimal supervision to implement and coordinate the operations of the Enrollment Services e-communication software system and any other assigned computerized system(s) that may be used in Enrollment Services. Serves as the liaison with the software company to implement and make revisions to the software. Communicate and perform duties in a manner that provides excellent service and is responsive to customer needs. Function as a lead worker to assist others and answer questions relating to technical software systems used in the department.
