Position Overview: As an Engineering Technician, you'll support production, quality, and engineering teams by improving and implementing procedures across the plant. You'll work on moderately complex assignments, troubleshoot equipment, and train others-all while applying your deep knowledge of machining processes.
High school diploma or GED. 6+ years of experience as a technician or machine specialist in manufacturing. Clean room experience is a plus. Ability to pass background and drug screening. Eligible to work in an ITAR environment. Ability to stand and walk for 90% of the workday. Skilled in using microscopes and calibration tools. Effective trainer of hourly employees.
Physical & Environmental Requirements: Regular lifting/moving of up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and reaching. Exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, and occasional extreme heat. Moderate to loud noise levels.
