We are seeking an Engineering Administrator for the Flex Air Division of Miller Industries.
- Manage and track engineering document submittals, revisions, and approvals.
- Maintain and control technical documentation in accordance with company standards and project timelines.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and finalizing installation manuals, operation guides, and other technical documents.
- Support engineering staff with administrative tasks including meeting coordination, report generation, and file organization.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external vendors to ensure timely document delivery.
- Understand and accurately interpret engineering jargon to support document creation and communication.
- Utilize document management software and systems for storage, version control, and retrieval of technical files.
- Assist with preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of proprietary documents.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
- Familiarity with engineering terms and processes (mechanical, electrical, or civil preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with document control platforms such as SharePoint, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft and format professional documents and manuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new software and tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
