Upgrade and maintenance of two high fidelity vacuum chambers at the Plasmadynamics and Electric Propulsion Laboratory.
Testing support for electric propulsion system under USSF and DARPA programs.
Conducting independent engineering and research projects.
Design and fabrication of electric propulsion hardware.
B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
Funding source requires U.S. citizenship.
A minimum of one year experience in electric propulsion laboratory is preferred.
This is a 100% effort (40 hours per week) one year term limited position with possibility to extend.
