Email Marketing Manager

Our University client is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and optimizing campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to improve results. This is a fully-remote role that will need to work on the Eastern Time Zone. It will start early to mid September and go through the end of the year. Hours will fluctuate depending on volume of emails that need to be scheduled but is anticipated to average 10 to 20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing emails in Pardot
• Editing email templates in Pardot
• Deploying and scheduling emails. Emails will be for events and their winter push for recruitment.
• Managing tasks and projects in Asana
• Reviewing email analytics and putting them into Google Sheets

Qualifications

• Experience building emails from scratch and using templates within Pardot
• Some HTML experience
• Experience within Asana or a similar system
• Experience with email analytics and reviewing analytics for emails
• Understanding of engagement studio within Pardot
• Can jump in quickly and take on emails with little to no handholding
• Deep knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
• Needs someone super organized and communicative
• Understanding of Canva to edit photos as needed
