This is a remote role operating from Monday to Friday, requiring availability during EST hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by utilizing various portals to retrieve client information and working with Oracle for order entry. You will monitor client portals for purchase order approvals and match them to existing orders to close them out. Your efforts will directly support the Sales Representatives in the Tennessee market.
