Job Opportunity

Schedule: Must be available 7 days a week between 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM. A set schedule will be assigned within these hours.

Training: 4-week training on Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional service by handling inbound customer calls and occasional follow-up calls
  • Assist customers with prior authorization questions, general inquiries, and confidential information
  • Accurately enter and update customer information across multiple systems and programs
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail—quality and accuracy matter
  • Manage a daily call volume ranging from 50–100 calls depending on complexity

Top Skills:

  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Call center experience
  • Confident computer and data entry skills

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years)
  • Stable work history (no highly jumpy resumes)
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
