We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a call center environment. This role involves handling inbound calls and occasional follow-up calls, providing exceptional customer service, and managing sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Schedule & Training:
Must be available 7 days a week between 5 AM – 10 PM (specific shift assigned after training). Training: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM for 4 weeks. Mandatory overtime in January and February. Participation in training is critical; candidates must pass 4 tests with an average score of 90%.

Pay and Benefits:
