Customer Service Administrative Support
The American Concrete Institute (ACI) is the leading global authority for the development, dissemination, and adoption of its consensus-based standards, technical resources, and educational, training, and certification programs related to the concrete industry. The customer service administrative support will handle department-specific requests from members and customers. Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintain customer records in the database
- Monitor department email, chats, and phone to ensure customer inquiries are being addressed
- Research customer inquiries and problems and take appropriate action
- General recordkeeping, billing, and payment coordination and processing
- Process product, membership, subscription, and meeting orders
- Provide administrative support to ACI Foundation efforts
- When working at the reception desk: greet visitors, answer the telephone, and follow and adhere to the visitor policy
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new projects and tasks
- Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

Note: This position does not allow for telecommuting
