We're growing --- and looking for a creative, driven Content Creator / Account Manager to join our team! This hybrid role blends content creation with client relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and publish engaging content across social media, websites, and digital platforms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Collaborate with internal design, video, and web teams to execute marketing strategies
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals
• Monitor performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to clients

Skills Needed:

• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred

Knowledge Required:

• Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools
• Awareness of current trends in social media and digital storytelling
• Knowledge of client service best practices and account management

Ability to Implement:

• Translate client goals into actionable content strategies
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Adapt tone and messaging to fit diverse client brands
• Analyze engagement data to refine content and improve results
