The Opportunity: As part of the Concierge Services team, you manage and lead administrative support service delivery and development. As a Manager, you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. This role involves understanding the administrative support needs of key stakeholders to consistently implement the Concierge Services strategy.

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
