Commercial Loan Service Specialist

Job Title

Analyze collateral documentation and ensure alignment with the credit approval system. Maintenance in systems including adding and updating collateral when they are released. Partner with business segments regarding missing or insufficient documentation and status of loans. Release lien position through filing or recording of documents (UCC, mortgage, titles, etc.). Monitor report results for any data discrepancies.

Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (M-F)

In-office position: Office located in Midland, MI

Skills & Qualifications

Recent college degree in business, finance, economics, or related field OR 3+ years of banking experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills/someone that takes initiative. Reliable/able to work on-site in Midland, MI.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, MI.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
