Commercial Collateral Operations Specialist

TekSystems is hiring a Commercial Collateral Operations Specialist for a large financial holding company in Farmington Hills! As a service provider to our internal and external customer base, our core goal is to support our company's mission of being the most attentive, knowledgeable, and high-performing bank for our clients, teammates, and shareholders. This includes performing a range of commercial collateral requests to support our customers, lines of businesses, and our internal department. All tasks are to be performed timely and with accuracy in accordance with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures. To be successful in this position, one should have the flexibility to shift responsibilities if needed in your daily workflow, be a quick learner, and a seasoned multi-tasker.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial collateral, loans, or documentation
• Must have hands-on experience with perfecting and releasing commercial collateral
• Familiarity with commercial loan documents (e.g., AOR, UCC filings)

Experience Level: Intermediate Level

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
