Our client is expanding their Loss Drafts Call Center Team and is seeking reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives who can handle homeowner insurance claims with confidence, empathy, and professionalism—even when conversations get tough. What You'll Do:
Calls can range from quick updates to complex conversations (1–45 minutes). Many callers may be frustrated—professionalism and thick skin are key.

Fully onsite during training
Rise Academy / Nesting: Dates TBD
Hybrid Work Model (after eligibility): 2 days onsite / 3 days WFH
Eligible after 30 days of taking calls
Must meet performance standards: 95% Quality + 85% Adherence
Post-Training Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday–Friday
