Position Overview

Requires a BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in CAE methods. Strong background in Body-in-White crash analysis for full vehicle systems/subsystems. Proficiency in crashworthiness simulations (front/side and component level) using LS-DYNA and ANSA. Familiarity with automotive safety standards (FMVSS, ECE, NCAP) is essential. Responsibilities include automating and validating CAE workflows for 1D/3D models, incorporating AI/ML techniques. Experience with modeFRONTIER or iSight is a plus. Additional experience with CAE tools like Nastran, Abaqus, Hypermesh, and programming languages such as Matlab, Python, and VBA is highly desirable.
