Objective: To process various financial transactions to support our billing and policy issuance systems. To address questions and concerns from internal and external customers by providing billing account and personal lines and commercial lines of business policy information. To correspond with insureds, outside collection agencies, debtors, and Farm Bureau Insurance agents, while utilizing professional customer service skills. To work closely with Customer Service to resolve billing or financial related issues. To process write-offs and reverse write-offs on policies as needed.

Note: This position is hybrid (work remotely from Michigan, and in the Farm Bureau Home Office located in Lansing, Michigan) for approximately the first 4-6 months depending on training and staffing but will be full time work from home (remotely within Michigan) in the near future.
