The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in cross-functional HR projects, and new initiatives. This individual must possess exceptional customer service, critical thinking, analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision. The incumbent in this position will analyze, support, and perform responsibilities in the following specific areas: student employment, accommodations, immigration, and employee issues. The successful candidate must be responsive, excel at problem solving, and initiate solutions. The successful candidate must also be a self-starter, committed to lifelong learning, and possess a high value for collaboration and a comfort with ambiguity.
