Identification Badge Production And Access Management

General summary: Produces identification badges and maintains access/badge data. Responsibilities include maintaining the database for the ID system and/or vendor system, creating and issuing staff, vendor, and visitor badges for the campus, creating and generating various reports regarding ID badges, access, rejections, and functionality, providing direct support to the leader and project management team, and maintaining parking enforcement database and sending notification letters to directors for employee parking violations.

Education/experience required: High school diploma or equivalent and minimum one (1) year of applicable cumulative job specific experience. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
