Alpine Professional Answering Services is looking for an Answering Service/Dispatcher for their Gaylord location. Alpine Professional Answering Service has served Northern Michigan and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. We are answering phones seven days a week, covering lunches and after hours, or monitoring oil and gas wells. Excellent start for a career in a professional office setting. This is NOT a telemarketing position. Willing to train, but must have computer knowledge/skills. Possibility to work remote after trained. Secretarial Service: Taking messages for various business, typed logs for calls, fax and e-mail services, phone call transfers and text notifications. Alpine Professional Answering Service (Telephone Support Systems) is located behind the Preston Feather Building Center in Gaylord.
