Position summary: To prep, organize, prepare, and supply various food items pertaining to the salad bars, cold and hot food stations, and to-order service stations in one of the Residence Dining Halls; assists cooks by combining ingredients, portioning, and serving from prepared to order stations; maintains proper food handling and storage techniques to eliminate waste and spoilage; will work within a diverse work force; works directly with customers. This position is located in Akers.
