We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive operational support to Digital Product leaders. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive operational support to leaders in Digital Product, strategically managing and prioritizing complex tasks, cross-functional projects, and critical deadlines. The role also involves implementing solutions independently, anticipating complex needs, influencing and interacting professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders, optimizing operational processes and driving efficiency, handling highly confidential information with discretion and integrity, and navigating ambiguity with resilience and a solution-oriented approach.
Essential skills include administrative assistant experience, exceptional organizational, strategic time management, and proactive problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Miro, is required. Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary. Additional skills and qualifications include the ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
This is a contract position based out of Dearborn, MI, with a pay range of $20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
