Account Manager, I - Remote Eligible

Provides processing and sales support for loan applications received from wholesale loan brokers. Works with assigned account manager(s) to facilitate the management of the loan applications from submission to closing. Performs all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, and all US state and federal laws and regulations. The target pay range for this position is $50,000.00 to $55,000.00.

What You'll Do:

• Functions as an additional point of contact and support between broker partners and the various departments and individuals within the company throughout the loan process.
• Secures required documentation for loan conditions.
• Accurately reviews and understands documentation.
• Monitors incoming documents from brokers to ensure premium customer service.
• Makes outbound calls on loan pipeline for timely funding.
• Meets with account managers to update on outstanding items.
• Informs account managers and executives about any discrepancies.
• Proactively updates loan data accurately.
• Ensures compliance deadlines are met.
• Documents loan file with communication for all parties.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

What You'll Need:

• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and handle detailed assignments.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of RESPA/TILA regulations or ability to learn.
• Prior customer service in an office environment required.
• One year of experience in mortgage industry preferred.
• Experience working with NonQM, FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loans preferred.
• Loan origination system experience, particularly E360 preferred.
