Our Infrastructure Engineer is accountable for:

  • Administering Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Viva Engage.
  • Designing and managing SharePoint architecture, site configurations, and content migration.
  • Automating administrative tasks and processes through PowerShell scripting.
  • Implementing compliance and data governance solutions using Microsoft Purview, retention, and sensitivity labels.
  • Supporting video platform management, including Stream Classic and Stream on SharePoint migrations.
  • Driving user adoption through training, documentation, and collaboration enablement initiatives.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Microsoft 365 administration or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
  • Familiarity with video platforms such as Stream Classic and Stream on SharePoint.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management.
  • Understanding of compliance, data lifecycle management, and retention policies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a passion for user experience and adoption.
