Region Segment Strategy
Define, nurture and deploy the segment mid-term (1 to 3 years) tactical strategy
Adapt the LB SAVE (Solution, Access, Value, Experience) model into an action plan for the targeted segment
Localize the tactics based on your target persona(s)
Prioritize the portfolio of solutions
Collaborate to the building of the Region Distribution on where to play and how to win in line with the LB Access Strategy
Collaborate to the building of the Region pricing strategy to extract and maximize the value while maintaining competitiveness.
Lead the customer relationship management: capture, nurture, valorization, conversion, retention (customer Life-time value) supported by the Region Engagement Team.
Oversee and contribute to content adaptation for your segment needs including
Refine the segment customer journey, identify its key moments of truth (insights) and provide information back to LB for possible evolution
Ensure the forecast and supply is aligned with the Region business ambitions (customer and market evolution, product lifecycle, etc.)
Coordinate and prioritize ad-hoc projects and dedicated budget
Analyze potential partnership opportunities in line with the segment & Brand characteristics
Drive and monitor the segment business growth and performance (market/financial (P&L)) leveraging the entire G2M plan in line with the LB KPIs
Establish and own the segment business review for Region steering committees and LB/Region G2M reviews, leveraging all type of market data and insights, providing corrective action plans at regional and LB levels
