Mission:

The Customer Data Analyst Trainee ensures customer satisfaction by managing their requests and complaints.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level)
• Customer support or invoicing experience
• Problem solving skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Team-worker attitude and proactivity
• Analytical skills

The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for:

• Proactively interacting with the customer
• Providing clear and accurate information regularly and promptly
• Organizing regular telephone contacts to review the business with the customer
• Capturing customer requests and complaints
• Responding in accordance with expectations in terms of quality and deadlines
• Responding to offers: Considers and responds to customer commercial requests, proposing - if necessary - alternative solutions
• Analyzing and offering appropriate solutions or a response to issues raised by customers, sales staff, and internal partners
• Performing initial analysis of the causes of the problem and implementing appropriate corrective actions to avoid its recurrence
• Contacting, following up, and making an assessment with the customer of the order portfolio

Sales Support:

• Taking advantage of the opportunity to up-sell and cross-sell in response to customer orders, requests, and portfolio management
