Mission: Responsible for managing orders, overseeing their execution, and attending to customer requests to meet service commitments and improve customer satisfaction.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

Order and Delivery Management

  • Registers, manages, and confirms customer orders according to their needs, established agreements, and defined service level.
  • Proposes product alternatives in case of discontinuation or unavailability.
  • When applicable, optimizes, plans, and coordinates deliveries with customers and partners.

Execution Follow-Up

  • Manages the portfolio of customer orders and monitors their execution.
  • Coordinates with relevant internal and external partners to ensure timely deliveries and service commitments.
  • Proactively informs the customer of any events, delays, or service breaches, and actively participates in finding solutions.
  • Keeps customers informed and follows up on orders.

Request Management

  • Registers customer requests and complaints.
  • Analyzes cases and provides adequate solutions or responses.
  • Contacts the customer, follows up, and ensures case closure.
  • Performs basic root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Shares recurring issues with relevant internal partners to find solutions.

Sales Support

  • Identifies opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling in response to orders, requests, and customer portfolio management.

What Is Required?

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
  • Advanced English, contact with United States clients.
  • Administrative or related career.
  • Desirable: Valid VISA and Passport.
