Job Description

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
• Support preconstruction and operations teams with clash detection, 4D/5D modeling, and coordination workflows.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve design issues and enhance constructability.
• Implement, update, and enforce BIM/VDC standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to optimize digital construction capabilities (e.g., reality capture, model-based workflows).

The Successful Applicant

• 3-7 years of BIM/VDC experience within construction, engineering, or specialty contracting environments.
• Proficient in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and additional tools like Synchro, BIM 360, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven ability to problem-solve, manage deadlines, and drive coordination on complex projects.
• Passion for innovation, process improvement, and adopting new technologies.
