Serve as the primary technical and sales contact for customers. Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to develop tailored solutions. Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in existing and potential accounts. Provide feedback for product design, development, and enhancements. Monitor competitive threats and market opportunities through analysis. Manage customer issues (warranty, quality, field returns) proactively.
