Our client is a U.S.-based, employee-owned manufacturer specializes in precision-engineered metal components, flexible printed circuits, and electromagnetic shielding solutions. Operating since the 1960s, the company serves high-reliability industries such as aerospace, medical devices, defense, telecommunications, and alternative energy. Their capabilities include photo-chemical etching, laser cutting, forming, plating, and assembly of ultra-thin metal parts-ideal for applications requiring tight tolerances and complex geometries. They also produce a wide range of EMI/RFI shielding products, including gaskets, board-level shields, mesh, and conductive tapes.
Lead and support the team in achieving sales and profitability goals.
Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and performance within clients capabilities.
Oversee the development and refinement of technical quoting models and supply chain strategies to improve accuracy and responsiveness.
Ensure that high-value opportunities are properly scoped, resourced, and communicated across departments.
Act as point of escalation for internal and external customers.
Provide detailed technical and program-level updates to senior leadership as needed.

5+ years of experience in leadership or technical sales management.
Experience in precision manufacturing is a plus.
Degree in Engineering or Business w/ relevant industry experience
Ability to be onsite 4 days a week as well as travel from time to time when needed
Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate engineering concepts for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional technical, supply chain or account management teams.
