HVAC Service Manager
As HVAC Service Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day service operations while leading a team of approximately 20 service technicians across Eastern Massachusetts. This position requires a strong technical background, polished leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20 HVAC service technicians
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and prioritization of service calls
- Ensure quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards
- Act as the point person for escalated customer issues and key accounts
- Track KPIs, service performance, and implement process improvements
- Manage service inventory, tools, vehicles, and operational logistics
- Collaborate closely with sales and project teams for seamless execution

The successful applicant will have:
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Minimum 2 years in a service leadership or management role
- Strong commercial HVAC systems knowledge
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer-facing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
