Senior RF Engineer

This Senior RF Engineer will:

  • Design antennas from initial concept through prototype development, production, and testing
  • Communicate with customers to determine operational requirements and ensure designs meet or exceed them
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to support business development
  • Create test concepts and procedures for RF and environmental testing (far field, near field, vibration, shock, thermal, thermal vacuum)
  • Lead proposal and customer presentation creation, including technical design, cost, and schedule management
  • Develop task-level requirements derived from system-level requirements
  • Manage multiple unique and custom projects simultaneously

A successful Senior RF Engineer should have:

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Masters or PhD preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in RF component and antenna design and testing
  • Expertise in simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience developing and executing test plans for RF and environmental conditions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and customers
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD SECRET clearance (existing clearance preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading technical proposals and supporting business development

Hands-on role involved in all aspects of antenna design, production, testing, and customer support
