My client is a long-standing and stable organization with operations nationwide. This particular facility focuses on manufacturing silicone-based products for a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, retail, and transit. The site employs approximately 130 people. It's an exciting period for the company, as they've recently begun partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies such as Tesla, GE, and Boeing.
Participate in enhancing the manufacturing process by conducting studies to identify issues, providing solutions or recommendations, and implementing corrective or preventive actions.
Analyze defective products or processes to determine root causes and offer input on corrective and preventive measures to prevent future failures. Implement solutions to improve yield.
Conduct internal and external audits on products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications. Review and approve various quality documents.
Collaborate with other departments, suppliers, and customers to drive improvement activities and ensure products and processes meet or exceed customer expectations.
Lead quality and customer complaint investigations to resolve quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
Support the qualification of new products, processes, or equipment through data collection and analysis.
Assist in maintaining quality systems standards.
