Documentation Development: Create and maintain quality control documentation, including Process Flow Diagrams, FMEAs, and Control Plans, for inspectors, production personnel, and suppliers.

Sampling Strategy: Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine appropriate inspection techniques and sampling plans for efficient product conformance.
Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Statistical Process Control, analysis of suspect materials, and quality non-compliance handling.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions on quality-related issues.
Process Review: Review manufacturing processes and material handling techniques to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Customer Engagement: Communicate promptly with customers on quality issues, host quality audits, and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
