My client is an industry leading high-performance electronics manufacturer serving a number of industries such as aerospace, industrial and defense manufacturers. They work with cutting edge technology and have been rapidly expanding into new markets such as electric vehicles and robotics.
Support ISO compliance efforts, including coordination and execution of internal audits. Lead and track CAPA activities such as SCAR, PCAR, NCMR, and ISO audit findings. Partner with suppliers to ensure timely closure of corrective action initiatives. Manage and monitor Product Change Notifications (PCNs) as part of supplier quality oversight. Maintain accurate and organized quality documentation and records. Collaborate with failure analysis and reliability teams to advance investigations and improvement initiatives. Ensure quality records, documentation, and results are updated promptly and systematically.

BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. 3-5 years' experience in a Product Quality Engineering role. Strong background in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing, with expertise in product lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and process inspection. Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards. Experience with IATF 16949 automotive quality requirements. Six Sigma Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred. Proficiency in statistical analysis using JMP or Minitab. Knowledge of semiconductor industry quality and reliability systems and practices. Experience with PLM tools such as Omnify, Agile, or MatrixOne (preferred). Proven ability to drive projects to completion while collaborating across cross-functional teams. Familiarity with IC packaging and semiconductor reliability practices (a plus). Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
