Spearhead the launch of a new automated assembly line, including implementing machinery, establishing SOPs/Work Instructions, and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to meet quality and compliance requirements
Lead/participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
Perform time studies and line balancing
3D modeling for the design of plant floor layouts and setup of new machine cells
Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
Work cross-functionally with Quality and Product Engineering to support new product launches, perform PFMEAs, and address production issues
Play a key role on APQP team, ensuring feasibility and quality of manufacturing new products
Assist with value stream mapping

BS in Engineering or Industrial Technology
7+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, exposure to electronics manufacturing/electrical assembly highly preferred
Experience leading the launch of automated assembly lines is required
Experience leading and/or participating in continuous improvement projects
Comfortable/familiar in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
Safety background
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Base salary $100,000 - $125,000 depending on level of experience
Discretionary annual bonus based on personal metrics and company performance
