Job Description

Design, build, and maintain scalable products, including APIs, front-ends, data pipelines, and agentic workflows.

Develop and support third-party integrations while writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Collaborate on documentation, provide technical support to internal teams and clients, and ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs.

Work effectively as part of a distributed, remote team, balancing technical sustainability with product usability.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid technical foundation through formal education and/or hands-on experience.
• Proven experience building web applications and developing APIs and backend systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and front-end frameworks like React.
• Familiarity with popular databases and strong understanding of database integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.
• Knowledge of virtualization, containerization, distributed systems, and AI developer tools.
