Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and grow existing accounts. Provide market insights and consultation to clients regarding hiring trends in the business services sector. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to share market intelligence and best practices. Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
