Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Source and screen candidates using a variety of tools, including job boards, databases, and networking. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Achieve and exceed sales and recruitment targets through effective planning and execution. Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates to ensure successful placements. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall performance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
