Leading investment firm located in Midtown, NYC. This role is hybrid and interview are in person.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and liaise closely with Global Client Solution teams to facilitate technology implementation, application support, change management and process changes. Gather, document and analyze requirements for system projects and enhancements; provide the best fit solution while maintaining the integrity of the existing applications. Coordinate inter-team project plans, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a liaison to development teams and vendors by translating business requirements into functional/technical requirements and providing guidance during build and testing activities. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency, recommending solutions and building options as necessary. Drive quality control across various GCS systems and integrations. Conduct data analysis and investigate data issues to support business problem resolution. Perform applications change and coordinate QA/UAT activities through rollout. Work in conjunction with the broader IT Team to guarantee the successful implementation of the IT strategy.

A Business Analyst with a minimum of five years of experience specializing in sales systems, ideally within a financial services environment. The candidate should be proficient in platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE), Investor Flow, Pipe+ and Leads Management. Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations is required, along with experience integrating systems via Salesforce APIs. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to effectively engage, communicate, and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
