A 4th-generation, family-run precision manufacturer is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead their sales function and drive strategic growth. Lead the sales function as part of the company's leadership team
Take ownership of revenue strategy, execution, and team development
Oversee and mentor an existing inside sales/customer service rep and hire an additional BDR
Drive both new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts
Work in a highly collaborative, family-oriented culture with a focus on continuous improvement

5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing
Strong track record of technical selling, relationship-building, and closing
Experience managing inside or hybrid sales teams
Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on-this is a builder role
Passionate about value-based selling and long-term customer partnerships
Target compensation: $120K-$150K OTE
