Lead and mentor a team of 6 sales professionals. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth. Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape the company's commercial strategy. Implement and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights. Support technical sales efforts and ensure alignment with engineering and manufacturing teams. Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings (limited travel). Drive team motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

10+ years of sales management experience, ideally in manufacturing. Background in components, steel, distribution, or metal stamping preferred. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (must show sales numbers on resume). Strong leadership and coaching skills. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus). Technical degree highly preferred (Engineering or related field). Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
